Returns policy
We want you to feel confident with every GAIA purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used perfumes, mists, or personal care products
Sale or promotional items (unless stated otherwise)
Gift cards or store credits
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, please return the item for a refund and place a new order separately.
