Returns policy

We want you to feel confident with every GAIA purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes, mists, or personal care products

  • Sale or promotional items (unless stated otherwise)

  • Gift cards or store credits

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If eligible, please return the item for a refund and place a new order separately.
